Keeping your payment details up to date ensures your Pulltrader subscription runs without interruption. Here’s how to manage your payment methods:
Add or Update a Card
Log in to your Pulltrader account.
Go to Settings > Billing.
Select Manage Payment Methods.
Click Add Card to add a new credit or debit card.
If replacing your card, set the new card as Default.
Remove a Card
If you have multiple cards on file, you can remove any non-default card.
To remove your only card, you’ll need to add a new one first.
If Your Payment Fails
You’ll receive an email notification if your card is declined.
Update your card on file and retry the payment from the Billing page.

If Your Account is Invoiced or via Stripe Connect
If your account is invoiced you must contact your account manager to update your invoicing details. If your account is managed with Stripe (new members), you will be directed to the appropriate settings page on Stripe's website.
