What the Vault Is
Located in climate-controlled, access-controlled, and 24/7 patrolled secure facility for your collectibles.
Some items may be stored in safety deposit or off-site Vaults.
With permission, your items may also be stored with PSA's Vault.
Items in the Vault are tracked and tied to your Pulltrader account.
When you sell a vaulted card, ownership transfers instantly to the buyer.
How to Send Items In
Create a consignment submission.
Package your cards safely using penny sleeves and top loaders. Be sure to properly package graded cards. Use cardboard and bubble mailers, even if being placed into another box.
Ship them to the address provided in your Sell dashboard.
Once received, we process and vault them. If you followed our instructions, you can expect your items to begin showing up in your Vault dashboard within 1-3 business days of acceptance.
Fulfillment
For vaulted cards, shipping is handled automatically by Pulltrader.
For non-vaulted self-listed cards, you’re responsible for fulfillment.
Buyers always see how an item will be fulfilled before they purchase.
