Vaulted items ship from Pulltrader’s secure facility with tracking and insurance included.
Non-vaulted items ship directly from the seller.
For Sellers (Self-Listed Items)
You’re responsible for packaging and shipping directly to the buyer.
Tracking is required on all shipments.
Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items, you are responsible for managing refunds and lost package claims. We will step in and help your customer, but you will be responsible for covering any refunds related to claims on self-listed items.
Vault Fulfillment
Pulltrader handles all fulfillment for items in the Vault.
Every package is shipped with tracking and insurance.
Buyers see “Fulfilled by Pulltrader” at checkout so they know shipping is guaranteed.
