Your payout depends on two things: the type of sale (consignment, self-listed, or Binz) and your membership plan (Free, Pro, or Shop). All fees and payouts are calculated against GMV, not the total including tax, shipping, insurance, etc. Here’s a breakdown so you always know what you’ll take home.

Standard Marketplace Sales (Pro and Shop Members)

When you sell cards you listed yourself or are vaulted:

  • You earn 100% of sales unless you choose to cover Platform Fees.

  • Platform fee: 5% per sale, charged to your customers by default on total order value, not a per item basis.

  • Example: $100 card sale → $95 payout (when you cover fees). Your customer will be charged $5 on a $100 card as a platform fee if you do not cover fees.

Consignment Sales (Fulfilled by Pulltrader)

For items sent to the Vault and listed by Pulltrader:

  • Trading Cards: 85% when sold on eBay, 95% when sold on Pulltrader

  • Sealed Wax: 80% minus $5 per item when sold on eBay or Pulltrader

    • Not all members will have access to the sale of sealed wax, you must be approved by our team and have a positive track-record on platform.

  • Platform fee: 5% per sale, charged to your customers by default on total order value, not a per item basis.

Examples without covering Platform fee:

  • $500 eBay sale → $75 commission (15%) → $425 payout.

  • $50 eBay sale → $7.50 commission (15%) → $42.50 payout.

  • $500 Pulltrader sale → $25 commission (5%) → $475 payout ($450 w/fees)

  • $50 Pulltrader sale → $2.50 commission (5%) → $47.50 payout ($45 w/fees)

Binz Sales

Binz is our fixed-price micro-listings marketplace ($1, $3, $5, $10 tiers) that replicates the dollar-bin experience.

  • Binz sales run through Fulfilled by Pulltrader.

  • Platform fees still apply to order totals, you cannot cover fees for Binz items, this is passed on to customers regardless of your seller tier to offset the costs of providing this particular service.

  • Sellers receive a flat payout amount per card depending on the Binz tier.

  • Lower priced Binz tiers are not available to members, and are reserved for inventory sold directly by Pulltrader.

Payout Rate Table:

  • $1 BINZ → $0.60 payout.

  • $3 BINZ → $2.40 payout.

  • $5 BINZ → $4.00 payout.

  • $10 BINZ → $8.50 payout.

These flat rates include handling, storage, and fulfillment.

Where to See Your Earnings

  • Go to Dashboard > Payouts for a detailed history.

  • Each entry shows the item sold, sale price, fees, and your net payout.

Tip: Pro and Shop members generally net 95–100% of sales (vs ~87% on eBay). Binz offers smaller but faster-turning payouts, perfect for bulk raw cards.
