How Do Returns and Disputes Work?

We want every transaction to feel fair. Here’s how returns and disputes work:

Returns

  • Buyers can request a return if an item is not as described (wrong card, incorrect grade, or undisclosed damage).

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Vaulted items are final sale, since they’re verified before listing.

Disputes

  • If a buyer and seller disagree, Pulltrader reviews the case.

  • Our team may request photos, shipping proof, or grading details.

  • A resolution is usually reached within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the buyer’s original payment method.

  • The seller does not pay additional fees on refunded items, but may be responsible for covering the refund if the item was self-listed.

Our goal is to protect both sides and keep the marketplace running smoothly.
