Returns
Buyers can request a return if an item is not as described (wrong card, incorrect grade, or undisclosed damage).
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Vaulted items are final sale, since they’re verified before listing.
Disputes
If a buyer and seller disagree, Pulltrader reviews the case.
Our team may request photos, shipping proof, or grading details.
A resolution is usually reached within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the buyer’s original payment method.
The seller does not pay additional fees on refunded items, but may be responsible for covering the refund if the item was self-listed.
Our goal is to protect both sides and keep the marketplace running smoothly.
