Understanding Holds and Processing Times

Why some payments show as pending before they clear.

In certain cases, your payment may show as “pending” or “processing.” This is normal and part of Stripe’s security checks.

Common Reasons for Holds

  • Large or high-value transactions.

  • New payment methods that require bank verification.

  • Security reviews to prevent fraud.

Processing Times

  • Most holds clear within 1–2 business days.

  • Some banks may take longer to release pending charges.

What to Do

  • If your payment is pending for more than 5 business days, contact your bank.

  • If your payment appears stuck, reach out to Pulltrader Support for assistance.

Your items will not be canceled while a payment is processing — your order remains active.
