When You Can File a Dispute
- You received the wrong item. 
- The item doesn’t match the description. 
- The item was damaged in transit. 
How to File a Dispute
- Go to your Orders page. 
- Select the item in question. 
- Click Open Dispute and provide details and photos. 
What Pulltrader Does
- Our team reviews the listing, shipping details, and your claim. 
- We may request additional proof from both buyer and seller. 
- Most disputes are resolved within 3–5 business days. 
Possible Outcomes
- Refund issued to buyer. 
- Replacement (if applicable). 
- Sale upheld if item was delivered as described.
