When You Can File a Dispute
You received the wrong item.
The item doesn’t match the description.
The item was damaged in transit.
How to File a Dispute
Go to your Orders page.
Select the item in question.
Click Open Dispute and provide details and photos.
What Pulltrader Does
Our team reviews the listing, shipping details, and your claim.
We may request additional proof from both buyer and seller.
Most disputes are resolved within 3–5 business days.
Possible Outcomes
Refund issued to buyer.
Replacement (if applicable).
Sale upheld if item was delivered as described.
