How Disputes Are Handled

Learn how disputes are resolved when there’s an issue with your order.

We want every transaction to be fair and smooth. If there’s a problem, here’s what happens:

When You Can File a Dispute

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item doesn’t match the description.

  • The item was damaged in transit.

How to File a Dispute

  1. Go to your Orders page.

  2. Select the item in question.

  3. Click Open Dispute and provide details and photos.

What Pulltrader Does

  • Our team reviews the listing, shipping details, and your claim.

  • We may request additional proof from both buyer and seller.

  • Most disputes are resolved within 3–5 business days.

Possible Outcomes

  • Refund issued to buyer.

  • Replacement (if applicable).

  • Sale upheld if item was delivered as described.
